About the Role
Bisimkha Homes is seeking a creative and skilled Visual Content Producer / Videographer & Editor to join its growing real estate media team. The ideal candidate will create compelling visual content through video production, editing, and storytelling for property tours, interviews, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high-quality videos and photographs for property and corporate content.
- Produce property tours, interviews, reels, short-form videos, and YouTube content.
- Edit raw footage into engaging content for multiple platforms.
- Apply strong visual storytelling, lighting, composition, and cinematography techniques.
- Operate production equipment, including gimbals and related tools.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop creative visual campaigns.
- Organize and maintain media files and production assets.
- Travel within and outside Abuja for property and site shoots when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Editor, or Content Producer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video production and editing skills.
- Proficiency in professional video editing software.
- Good understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Strong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in real estate, architecture, construction, or property-related content is an added advantage.
- Drone photography/videography skills are a plus.
