About the role

We are seeking a Lending Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at OPTIMUM INFOSOLUTIONS (M) SDN BHD. This is a contract position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth operation of our lending and mortgage services. You will coordinate various lending operations activities, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and that our clients receive excellent service throughout their mortgage journey. This position is integral to maintaining operational excellence within our Banking & Financial Services division, specifically within our Mortgages department.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating and processing mortgage applications from initial submission through to approval and completion

• Liaising with clients, internal teams, and third-party service providers to gather required documentation and information

• Maintaining accurate records and updating lending systems with application status and borrower information

• Preparing and organising loan files, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant

• Conducting quality checks on applications to identify and resolve any discrepancies or missing information

• Scheduling and coordinating property valuations, inspections, and other required assessments

• Providing administrative support to the lending team and assisting with various operational tasks
