VMC Operator – Fresher / Junior Level

- Operate VMC (Vertical Machining Center) machines
for manufacturing precision components
- Load and unload materials and ensure proper
machine setup
- Follow machining instructions and drawings
accurately
- Perform basic inspection using measuring
instruments
- Maintain production quality and adhere to safety
standards
- Support senior operators and supervisors in
daily production activities
- Ensure proper housekeeping and machine
cleanliness
- CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹23,000 per month (depending on candidate profile)
Requirements
· Diploma in any stream / BSc
· 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
· Basic understanding of machining and
manufacturing processes
· Ability to work in shifts if required
· Good discipline and willingness to learn
· Basic knowledge of VMC machine operations
· Understanding of engineering drawings
· Familiarity with measuring instruments (Vernier,
Micrometer)
· Basic knowledge of machining processes
· Attention to detail and quality awareness
· Willingness to learn and work on shop floor
