We are currently seeking a Faculty Support Representative for the Vocational Nursing Program at our Sacramento, CA Campus.

Job Type: Full-time
Hourly Pay Range: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour

Basic Function

The Faculty Support position works with the Vocational Nursing Program Leadership in providing administrative support interacting directly with Students based on the needs of the Program Head.

Essential Duties

• The job duties consist of the following and are not limited to:
• Maintaining records and monitoring functioning of lab equipment
• Assisting in preparation of new modules (class preparation, syllabi, course work, etc)
• Collecting immunization documents, monitoring and follow up as needed with students
• Tracking, filing, and follow up of all student work as needed
• Emailing and tracking outstanding student work for all courses
• Proctoring make up exams, remedial work
• Preparation of student files for each instructor for each course and maintenance
• Preparation, monitoring and filing of competency checklists
• Filing student work as appropriate in the archive room
• Maintaining and monitoring faculty folders
• Preparing-organizing faculty, staff, and advisory board meetings
• Arranging appointments
