As a Vice President, HR Business Partnership, you will lead and deliver people strategies aligned with Vancity’s vision and business priorities. Overseeing HR Business Partnership and Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board to strengthen organizational effectiveness and support employee engagement, development, and performance.
