VP Implementation Services

You will build and scale zerohash’s Implementation Services function. You will personally manage complex customer implementations while creating the systems, processes, methodology, tooling, organizational structure, metrics, and team needed to support global growth and accelerate time to value.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic and complex customer implementations
• Own implementation timelines, scope, risk, and service delivery
• Build the Implementation Services function and team
• Create implementation systems, processes, methodology, project plans, RAID logs, onboarding guides, reporting cadences, and escalation paths
• Define and track implementation metrics
• Feed implementation insights into Sales and Product
• Coordinate product dependencies and feature scoping
• Communicate implementation roadmaps during the sales process
• Design the global Implementation Services organization and hiring plan
• Hire and develop implementation and project management talent
• Establish tiered implementation engagement models
• Build repeatable processes, tooling, and knowledge management
• Own the function’s budget, resourcing, and roadmap
• Report progress and risk to executive leadership
• Serve as an executive escalation point for strategic partners

Requirements

• 10+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading complex enterprise implementations in financial services, fintech, payments, or enterprise technology
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience implementing or onboarding regulated financial institutions or complex B2B fintech and payments integrations
• Experience building and scaling an implementation or professional services function
• Experience hiring and developing globally distributed teams
• Executive presence with C-suite stakeholders
• Advanced project management skills and fluency with methodologies and tooling
• Experience in a high-growth, fast-scaling company
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Understanding of customer journey design
• Familiarity with embedded finance, digital assets, cryptocurrency, or regulated financial infrastructure
