工作內容｜Job Responsibilities

負責晚班外場服務，包括接待帶位、介紹菜單、點餐、送餐、飲品服務、結帳收銀及回應客人用餐需求。協助收桌、整理環境，並與廚房及其他外場夥伴配合，確保晚餐時段服務順暢。打烊前完成清潔、補貨及閉店相關工作。

Provide front-of-house service during the evening shift, including greeting and seating guests, introducing the menu, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, and assisting with guest needs. Work closely with the kitchen and FOH team to keep dinner service running smoothly. Closing duties include cleaning, restocking, and preparing the restaurant for the next day.

工作需求｜Requirements

態度友善、有責任感、守時，能配合團隊工作。晚餐尖峰時段工作節奏較快，需要能有效率地完成工作並保持良好的服務態度。可配合晚班、週末及國定假日排班者佳。有餐飲外場經驗優先，無經驗但願意學習也歡迎。基本英文溝通能力佳，不需要英文流利，但希望不害怕與外國客人溝通。

Friendly, responsible, punctual, and a good team player. Must be able to work efficiently and maintain good service during busy dinner hours. Evening, weekend, and public holiday availability is preferred. Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. Basic English communication skills are preferred—fluency is not necessary, but you should feel comfortable communicating with international guests.
