Inventory Executive
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update inventory records accurately and promptly, including stock levels and adjustments.
Verify inventory data with internal teams and reconcile discrepancies to ensure system accuracy.
Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize errors, losses, and stock discrepancies.
Analyse inventory data to identify stock trends, potential shortages, and excess inventory.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and maintain a balance between supply and demand.
Work closely with purchasing and sales teams to ensure smooth and efficient inventory flow.
Prepare regular inventory reports covering key metrics such as stock turnover, inventory value, and stockout rates.
Analyse inventory trends and provide recommendations to improve inventory efficiency and support business decisions.
Provide administrative support for export activities, including billing and documentation follow-up.
Perform other inventory-related duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
Key Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret inventory data, identify trends, and detect potential issues.
Good understanding of inventory metrics such as stock turnover, days on hand, and reorder points.
Proficient in inventory management systems, preferably ERP/SAP, with advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong data entry and data management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
