Warehouse Assistant
What You Can Expect:
- Operating forklift/reach truck
- Carrying out daily safety checks
- Devanning containers
- Storage and distribution of controlled drugs in accordance with relevant regulations and legislation.
- Loading / unloading trucks
- Organising aspects of inwards and outwards goods functions
- Picking, Packing and despatch of orders
- RF scanning
- Additional general warehouse duties as required including stocktaking and general housekeeping
What You Bring:
- Fork hoist/reach truck licence
- Previous experience in a high paced logistics environment
- Experience working with a Warehouse Management System
- Experience in a paperless RF environment
- Understanding of Health and Safety requirements
- Physically fit
- Ability to self-manage and remain calm during periods of demanding workloads
- Ability to establish effective working relationships in an open and approachable manner
