Description
If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of daily warehouse and logistics operations, this role offers an opportunity to support shipping, receiving, inventory movement, and store coordination in a team-based environment. Safety boots are provided.
Location: Ubi Avenue, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities
- Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare items for shipment and coordinate delivery readiness
- Communicate with Production and Customer Service teams to support delivery timelines
- Move inventory and coordinate material transfers with related departments
- Receive, store, and secure warehouse inventory, consignment stock, and supplies
- Support general warehouse organisation and daily operational needs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in shipping, logistics, warehousing, or store-related work is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks with accuracy
- Comfortable with carrying heavy items as part of the role
- Comfortable working at height when required
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
