Warehouse Assistant @Woodlands
Summary
Handles warehouse operations: receiving, inspecting, packing, and shipping goods using SAP for inventory tracking and documentation.
- 5 days work / Shift 8am - 6pm (2 hours OT - 6pm -8pm)
- Receive and inspects incoming goods, loading & unloading goods, disposes packing material.
- Plans and organizes outgoing goods and ensure accuracy of goods.
- Inspect finished products and packing of goods. Prepare special packages and repacks products.
- Prepares orders ready for shipment and unloads shuttles.
- File in shipping documents, signs dispatch items according to delivery notes.
- Tags, marks and safeguards shipments. Controls outgoing goods before loading.
- Loads & unloads trucks, and organizes the storage of goods in the warehouse.
- Receives goods and stores allocate to the designated area. .
- Documents incoming and outgoing goods and entry relevant data in SAP.
- Executes real-time postings in SAP according to physical material movements.
- Supports in planning for warehouse inventories and check the quantities on a regular basis.
