POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for all in and outbound loads at our refrigerated warehouses by verifying, staging, preparing, and keeping record of all loads.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Complete customer orders and prepare for trailers, ensuring accuracy each time.
- Load and unload trailers in a timely manner in accordance with the Labor Management System.
- Verify all in and outbound loads are the correct size/quantity/product are received and shipped according to bill of lading.
- Follow structured shipping and receiving process.
- Load orders according with delivery documents.
- Receive and put away products in an accurate and efficient manner while staying within compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Dispose of waste materials and by-products.
- Communicate potential problems or issues with leads and/or supervisors.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Consistently at work and on time.
- Maintains clean, organized warehouse and work environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
