Purpose

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Roba-Tech Operator to join our high-performing Sanding Department. In this position, you’ll operate specialized edge-sanding equipment to refine cabinet components and ensure clean, consistent edges that meet Bellmont’s quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a Roba-Tech edge-sanding machine to finish cabinet component edges.
• Load and unload parts, monitor the sanding process, and inspect components for quality.
• Enter basic part information into the machine and make routine adjustments.
• Identify surface imperfections or sanding issues and determine appropriate corrections.
• Safely operate tools and equipment to support sanding department needs as required.
• Load finished components into carts and prepare them for transfer to the next stage of production.
• Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support production flow and maintain high finish quality.
• Maintain your work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and finish integrity.
• Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.
