We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and general facility upkeep. This role is essential in ensuring materials are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately.

- Pull orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle shipping and receiving of materials and equipment
- Load and unload trucks for deliveries and pickups
- Utilize hi-lo and/or forklift as appropriate for heavy loads
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
- Perform general warehouse duties and clean-up as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Execute all job responsibilities in a safe manner at all times
- Be familiar with and adhere to the Company Safety Manual
- Report any unsafe conditions in the shop, on the road, or at job sites immediately
- Wear appropriate work attire (jeans or work pants and work boots)
- Use company-provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual work ethic
- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Team player with a willingness to help wherever needed
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, material handling preferred)
- Attention to detail and accuracy when pulling and handling orders
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company
- Monday through Friday; weekends as needed.
