Warehouse/Tool Coordinator

We’re looking for a reliable and self-motivated Warehouse/Tool Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly, handling everything from tool maintenance and order pulling to shipping, receiving, and local deliveries. If you're mechanically inclined, organized, and thrive in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you.
- Perform small tool repair and routine maintenance - experience with mechanical tools and repair is a plus.
- Keep accurate records and use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.) for basic inventory and documentation tasks.
- Pull orders accurately and efficiently for job sites.
- Handle all aspects of shipping and receiving materials and equipment.
- Perform routine warehouse cleaning and organization tasks.
- Make local pickups and deliveries as needed using company vehicles.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts or pallet jacks as appropriate.
- Follow all traffic laws and drive safely at all times when operating company vehicles.
- Wear appropriate work clothing (jeans or work pants, work boots) and required PPE.
- Comply with all company and jobsite safety policies, including the Company Safety Manual.
- Assist with general warehouse operations during slower delivery periods, as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor.
- Prior warehouse or construction industry experience preferred.
- Mechanically inclined; able to perform tool maintenance and small repairs.
- Proficient with basic computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Forklift certification or experience preferred (training available if needed).
- Must be physically able to lift and move materials safely with or without assistance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Monday through Friday; weekends as needed.
- Hands-on, physical work both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Frequent use of power tools, hand tools, forklifts, and delivery vehicles.
