Warehouse Builders

In this position you will cooperatively work with a team to efficiently create customers’ orders. Safety will be a main priority for you and your fellow team members. Thus, working in a clean and safe environment using powered industrial equipment and following safety procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Read orders to ascertain catalog numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities of merchandise.
• Picking of product will consist of beer, wine, spirits, or kegs.
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
• Pick and count stock items and record data by voice command on a headset/cell phone.
• Operate and inspect powered industrial equipment in the warehouse.
• Pick orders from full pallets to case picking.
• Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy or quality standards for the work performed.
• Pick product from the proper shelving units and place on a pallet so the pallet is stable.
• Wrap pallets securely with shrink wrap to avoid shifting loads while on the truck and during the delivery process.
• Stack loads properly on a pallet as to ensure the pallet is stable.
• Perform other duties as assigned and assist in other areas as needed.
