Warehouse Coordinator & Driver - Shanghai

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Coordinator & Driver to join our growing team in Shanghai. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations, customer service, and delivery responsibilities, supporting the safe transportation of critical scientific and healthcare materials.

Role Responsibilities Overview:
  • Coordinate and complete collections and deliveries across the Shanghai region.
  • Verify shipments against manifests and identify any discrepancies.
  • Package research samples and materials in line with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Update shipment milestones and operational data within the transport management system.
  • Liaise with customers, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and report any maintenance requirements.
  • Monitor and report shipment deviations or operational exceptions.
  • Recover reusable packaging and monitoring equipment where required.
  • Support warehouse activities and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to high levels of customer service.

Work Structure:
  • Full-time (40 hours per week), Monday–Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
  • Fully onsite at our Shanghai Office.

What you'll bring:
  • Valid China Class C driving licence (or above).
  • Minimum 2 years' driving experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team.
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Teams.
  • Ability to lift and move goods safely as part of day-to-day warehouse activities.
  • Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional evenings, weekends or holidays where required.
