Warehouse Lead

• Provide day-to-day leadership, support, and guidance to Warehouse Coordinators and Assembly personnel.
• Establish work priorities and ensure resources are aligned with operational demand.
• Monitor team performance and productivity metrics.
• Provide operational support to receiving, inventory control, shipping, and distribution functions as business needs dictate.
• Assist with critical shipments supporting drilling operations and customer requirements.
• Support inventory reconciliation activities, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Coordinate with transportation providers and internal logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery performance.
• Maintain work order completion rates that support operational and customer commitments.
• Achieve and sustain high levels of inventory accuracy.
• Ensure on-time execution of warehouse priorities.
• Reduce work order aging and operational backlog.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and service levels.
• Maintain a strong safety culture with zero preventable incidents.
• Foster collaboration across warehouse functions to ensure seamless operational support.

• Lead daily work order management activities and ensure timely completion of all operational requirements.
• Monitor work order status, prioritize critical requests, and remove barriers that may impact delivery commitments.
• Coordinate workload distribution among Warehouse Coordinators and assembly personnel to ensure efficient execution of daily activities.
• Review backlog reports and drive closure of open work orders.
• Ensure accurate transaction processing and inventory movement documentation within company systems.

• Partner with operations and planning teams to align warehouse priorities with customer requirements.

  Inventory & Process Management

• Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Support inventory optimization initiatives and material availability objectives.
• Monitor operational KPIs including work order completion, inventory accuracy, shipping performance, and backlog management.

• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency.

  Safety & Compliance

• Promote and maintain a safe working environment consistent with company HSE standards.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, operating standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support safety observations, training activities, and incident investigations.
• Maintain housekeeping and operational discipline throughout warehouse operations.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience

• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, inventory, or logistics experience.
• 2+ years of lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience within oil and gas, drilling, downhole tools, completions, or energy services strongly preferred.
• Experience managing work orders, inventory transactions, and ERP systems.

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow processes.
• Knowledge of downhole drilling tools and oilfield service operations preferred.
• Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office applications.
