What Makes This Role Great:

In this high-impact position, you serve as a vital link in our global fulfillment network. You have full ownership over order accuracy, digital inventory scanning, and container packaging, ensuring our cutting-edge technology reaches clients accurately and on time while supporting essential supply chains.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Verify order accuracy using detailed pick lists and scan items directly into our inventory management system.

  • Package and reinforce outgoing technology items using containers and fillers to ensure safe transport.

  • Manage computer shipping databases, generate accurate carrier labels, and stage completed orders for delivery.

  • Collaborate directly with team members to transport staged inventory and assist with truck loading operations.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • One year of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or shipping and receiving.

  • Excellent attention to detail with proven ability to read written instructions, count accurately, and compare data.

  • Ability to meet physical demands, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting 20-30 lbs constantly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience operating hand-held inventory scanners and entering data into shipping software.

  • Proven track record of working efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Dayton, OH, In Office Shift: First shift: Tuesday - Thursday: 6:00AM - 4:40PM

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
