WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
- A Warehouse Operations Executive. manages day-to-day warehouse activities, including inventory control, staff supervision, and shipping/receiving to ensure efficiency. They analyze workflow, maintain safety compliance (WSH), and use WMS/ERP systems to optimize storage, aiming to improve productivity and accuracy. Key roles include coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and leading teams.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including receiving, packing, and dispatching cargo, to ensure, on-time delivery.
- Inventory Control: Perform stock counts, reconciliation, and manage inventory accuracy within WMS/ERP systems.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff (often teams under 20) to ensure productivity.
- Process Improvement: Review warehouse layout and workflows to optimize space utilization and enhance efficiency.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and maintain cleanliness (5S).
- Documentation: Handle import/export documentation, maintain accurate records, and generate reports.
