Warehouse Operations Manager

Schneider is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Saragosa to lead a warehouse or terminal. The Warehouse Operations Manager will coach warehouse associates while overseeing warehouse metrics related to safety, quality, productivity, cost control and customer service.

Responsibilities\:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of warehouse associates and leaders.
• Adhere to budgets and review financial results.
• Develop strategies around staffing and schedules to align with volume and demand.
• Hold associates and leaders accountable for achieving business metrics and goals.
• Provide guidance on the warehouse's daily activities, including loading/unloading freight, doing maintenance, checking inventory, etc.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and implement improvement opportunities.
• Organize regular staff meetings to ensure proper communication.
