Is ready to serve andwell informed of daily facility hours of operation, promotional programs andany other relevant valuable guest information; builds relationships by greetingguests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting. Anticipates needs of the guest and provides fast, flawless service.Executes all service programs to assure prioritization of service to very bestguests. Checks for satisfaction andproperly uses the Service Recovery process to resolve problems when theyexist. Promotes Caesars Rewards programsand Caesars Rewards registration and membership. Provides a warm farewell andthanks guests for visiting. PromotesHarrah’s and always projects Harrah’s in a positive light to guests.



  • Responsible for overall safety, monthly inventories, unloading trucks, receiving goods, system receiving goods. Checks stock rotation. Cycle counts different stock locations (freezer, refrigerator, disposables, etc.) weekly.

  • Ensures requisitions are filled in a timely and accurate manner. Prepares daily receiving requisitions for those days deliveries. Checks at least 15 inventory requisitions for accuracy before goods are sent up. Signs off on requisition that it was checked.

  • Operates and maintains consistent mail delivery, organization and tidiness of warehouse.

  • Responsible for safety and cleanliness of all warehouse areas as per internal and Health Department standards. Pallets and loading dock are neat and tidy. Inspects warehouse nightly to ensure cleaning roster duties are carried out.

  • Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.

  • Adheres to regulatory, departmental and company procedures.

  • Check stock levels and place orders in Supervisor’s absence. Orders disposables as well as Ecolab items. Order F&B items when necessary.

  • Checks forklift maintenance logs and ensure roster duties/forklift checklists are being performed.

  • Carries Nextel Direct Connect Phone (Warehouse 1) during shift.

  • Acts as department liaison in Supervisor’s absence. Interface daily regarding delivery status of orders with all departments.

  • Receives all items which ship direct to departments such as lumber, filters, hay, stone dust and heavy equipment.

  • Responsible to oversee toner cartridge recycling with Corporate Express.

  • Responsible for paperwork that corresponds with all return for credit goods. Fills out Material Return Forms and attaches to P/S or invoices to ensure credits are taken.

  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.


  • Ability to read and write English.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Proven leadership abilities.
  • 1-2 years related experience required.
  • Able to continually push, and pull heavy materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to maneuver throughout the casino and hotel areas to deliver items.
  • Must be able to reach below and above shoulders while performing receiving duties.
  • Must be able to lift up to and carry up to 50 pounds.
  • Must possess the ability to operate a pallet jack, forklift, weigh scale and pull carts and dollies filled with items weighing up to 100 pounds.
  • Must be able to perform functions accurately in a noisy, busy environment.
  • Must be able to tolerate foul odors.
  • Must be able to work in extreme temperatures; below 10 degrees Fahrenheit in freezer to over 115 degrees Fahrenheit outdoors.
  • Must be able to give, as well as respond to visual and aural cues. Must be able to operate computer as needed.

Is able to work in smoke filled environment, and is able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time.

Must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
