Warehouse Process Quality
Job Description Summary
The Warehouse Process Quality Specialist will be responsible for driving training, quality execution, and materials initiatives across the Greenville site receiving team & local external warehouse. In this role, you will own the creation and adherence to standard work and the related KPIs. You will utilize your functional experience and expertise to develop and deploy training standards and drive improvements to tools and processes pertaining to warehouse operations.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts focused on warehouse inventory accuracy
- Lead the external warehouse cycle count program and performance metrics
- Define layered process audit plans to ensure strong adherence to system standards
- Lead problem solving and continuous improvement efforts for external warehouse receiving and internal material transfers to strengthen process standards
- Implement built in quality solutions and facilitate daily management and root cause problem solving
- Support data analytics, materials reporting, and pulling of materials KPIs
- Work collaboratively with other Materials Leaders to effectively meet project goals and objectives.
- Drive SAP and system-based solutions to improve accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work 1st shift (8am-4pm)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or high school diploma / GED and at least 4 years of experience in working in a manufacturing environment)
- At least 1 additional year of materials, warehouse or inventory experience/cycle count

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Strong business and analytical ability
- Knowledge of the manufacturing process
- Familiarity with materials management disciplines including production and inventory control
- Ability to manage changing/conflicting priorities and resolve appropriately
