What You'll Do
As Warehouse Receiving Coordinator, you will own the dock-to-stock process for incoming materials:
Receiving and Verification
- Receive and unload incoming shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, and lot numbers against purchase orders.
- Check shipments for damage, correct labeling, and required documentation such as certificates of conformance.
- Resolve receiving discrepancies quickly by working with Purchasing and suppliers.
Inventory and Material Flow
- Process receipts in our ERP system and route materials to quarantine, incoming inspection, or stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, lot traceability, and organized storage locations.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventories, and help investigate discrepancies.
Quality and Compliance
- Complete receiving records in real time following Good Documentation Practices.
- Follow SOPs governing material handling in our FDA 21 CFR Part 820 and ISO 13485 certified facility.
- Identify, segregate, and document nonconforming or damaged materials.
Teamwork and Coordination
- Communicate receipt status and material availability to Purchasing, Planning, Quality, and Production.
- Partner with Incoming Inspection to prioritize urgent materials for production.
- Pitch in on shipping, kitting, and other warehouse functions during peak periods.
Safety
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely following training and certification.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with 5S and site safety standards.
