Warehouse Supervisor
Job description & Duties
-
Plan, Organize, lead and control of inventory activities. Recommend & lead process improvement. Eg. Update process flow in Agile.

Regularly review inventory accuracy and establish traceability in movement via shop floor system and material transaction.

Supervise and analyze inventory balance, transaction, and inventory reconciliation for weekly, monthly & quarterly.

Review manpower and operation needs from time to time. Control consumable expenses and identify alternative cost-efficient operation expenditure.

To analyze and summarize inventory transaction and ageing for manager review and decision making. Eg. Shift Performance Report

Supervise daily Main Store operation activities and report to Manager progress or issue arises.

To complete daily material receiving, storage, picking and kitting to support production. Highlight any inventory discrepancies to executive.

Ensure compliance to Safety & Environment, ESD, Cleanroom and Housekeeping guidelines.
Qualification and skills needed:
-
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Admin / Economics / IE / Production Management and related disciplines.

Good in English Communication and interpersonal skills.

Minimum 5 years working experience in a high-volume high mix warehouse environment managing materials with at least 3 years in supervisory position.

Experience working with Oracle/WMS/ERP/SAP/ MRP tools.

Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects.
