Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

· Supervise warehouse associates using forklifts and material handling equipment.

· Schedule labor resources to meet customer requirements on all shifts.

· Maintains safe, accident-free environment. Minimizes damage and inventory record accuracy errors.

· Manages order pulling and storage of sheets of high-pressure laminate. Supervises packing, palletizing and loading of product.

· Minimizes breakage and shipping errors.

· Ensures all product is shipped or put-away promptly.

· Plans daily warehouse activity in Enterprise Resource Planning system and Warehouse Management System as well as on warehouse floor and docks. Plans and supervises daily cycle count activity.

· Troubleshoots inventory accuracy problems.

· Train employees on standardized warehouse procedures including cross training within the facility
