About the Role

IntelliSource is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within a high-volume, high-growth distribution and fulfillment center. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives under pressure, loves managing people, and is energized by solving problems on the floor in real time.

The Warehouse Supervisor will own the performance of an assigned shift or functional area, working closely with the Site Operations Supervisor and General Manager to hit customer-specific metrics and objectives. This leader sets the tone for their team, builds trust with associates, and drives continuous improvement every day.

Contract Duration: Immediate start through an estimated date on or around December 31, 2026 with final dates based on business demands.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse Operations Leadership

Supervise the inbound, internal processing, and outbound movement of product within your assigned shift or area

Maintain a union-free environment by fostering direct, productive, and positive relationships between management and non-exempt associates

Implement continuous improvement initiatives that reduce cost of operations and improve service level, capacity, productivity, and quality

Work closely with the Site Operations Supervisor and General Manager to consistently and sustainably achieve all customer-specific metrics and objectives

Supervisory Leadership

Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of Warehouse Leads and associates across your area of responsibility

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the vendor community

Identify and grow talent within the team, with a track record of developing associates into Lead and Supervisor roles

Track daily, weekly, and monthly facility productivity using established reporting programs

Safety & Compliance

Champion a safety-first culture on the floor; model and enforce PPE compliance, equipment safety, and housekeeping standards

Conduct regular safety walks and hazard assessments; document and follow up on corrective actions

Respond to and properly document all injuries, near-misses, and safety observations within your area

Train-the-Trainer Program

Serve as a certified trainer and active participant in IntelliSource's Train-the-Trainer program

Ensure Warehouse Leads are equipped to onboard, coach, and develop new associates independently

Update training materials as needed to reflect process changes, productivity standards, and safety updates

KPI Management & Reporting

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPI performance for your area; drive corrective action when performance falls below target

Deliver consistent, accurate reporting to the Site Operations Supervisor and building leadership

Lead root cause analysis for performance gaps and drive structured continuous improvement

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

2+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution center, fulfillment center, or comparable high-volume operations

Progressive responsibility within a single employer

Strong operations background; understands the relationship between people, process, and technology

Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment

Preferred

Experience managing staffing and retention strategies in a high growth warehouse environment

Familiarity with WMS platforms and daily/weekly/monthly productivity tracking tools

Experience participating in a structured Train-the-Trainer program

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the operation for extended periods.
  • Ability to support various shifts, overtime, weekends, or peak season schedules as business needs require.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, metric-driven environment.
  • Because this is a safety-sensitive position, job offers extended to candidates will be contingent on your ability to successfully clear post-offer criminal background screening and drug testing. Qualified Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Documentary evidence of your identity and eligibility for employment in the United States must be provided within three (3) business days of your start date.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

· Competitive hourly salary rate commensurate with market benchmarks

· Hourly rate range of $30-$35 (based on experience and geographic area) + bonus and overtime potential

· Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage

· Contract end date on or around December 31, 2026 with final dates based on business demands; potential for engagement extension based on mutual interest
