Warehouse Supervisor
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Safety, Quality and Delivery.
- Load or unload deliveries utilizing powered industrial equipment or manual equipment.
- Correctly receive inbound deliveries and communicate inaccuracies.
- Manage internal storage, storage locations and record keeping.
- Pull correct materials for shipment to jobsites & package for safe transfer to location.
- Create B.O.L.’s for proper shipment for Fleet Drivers or 3rd Party Carriers.
- Cross-function communication.
- Develop contingency plans to address disruptions or unexpected challenges.
- 5S & 6S
Qualifications and Experience:
- 2+ years supervising warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and/or inventory management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes.
- Experience in managing internal logistics for inventory & storage in a warehouse setting.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in self-management and cross-function coordination.
- Logistics: Inbound & Outbound shipments
- Knowledge of regulations, safety standards, and best practices in warehousing, logistics and transportation.
- Preferred experience with implementation of logistics software and inventory management systems.

- O.P. creation & implementation experience preferred.
- Plumbing and HVAC material experience preferred.
- I.T. Trained or certified (Forklift) preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma or GED is required
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk warehouse facilities and distribution areas for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift or move materials up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to be certified as an operator for a P.I.T. (Forklift)
Special Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- OSHA 10
