Zhivago is a growing Egyptian fashion brand dedicated to delivering stylish, trend-driven apparel while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a warehouse supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and ensure the efficient flow of inventory across our retail network.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular audits and cycle counts.
- Coordinate stock transfers and replenishment to support retail store operations.
- Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and inventory records.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse supervision and inventory management
- Experience handling e-commerce operations and order fulfillment
- Previous experience in fashion retail is preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and warehouse management systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
