Warranty Associate
Summary
Processes and tracks warranty claims, reconciles schedules, and ensures accuracy for manufacturer reimbursements in a manufacturing or service environment.
Due to growth in our company we are looking for a warranty analyst. We are looking for detailed and self starter to join our team.
- The Warranty Analyst prepares, submits and track warranty claims
- Reconcile schedules for their locations
- Reviews paid claims for shortages or discrepancies
- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the claims
- Communicate with their locations for missing information to file the claim
- Track and submit core returns to their locations
- Become familiar with the manufacturers policies and procedures
- Assist other analyst as needed
- Determine and enter the applicable labor operation codes, failure codes, causal part and/or other required information to complete claim
- Must be familiar with Xcel.
- Able to navigate around needed programs to complete/find information for a claim
