Warranty Claim Engineer/ Executive (Automotive)
Summary
Oversee automotive warranty claims: draft policies, review service provider submissions, train partners, and supervise part disposal.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and release warranty claims policies for service providers.
- Review and settle service provider claims.
- Provide training and support for service providers on claims processes.
- Inspect and supervise the disposal of service provider claim parts.
Recruitment Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor in any field.
- At least 3 years of warranty admin experience in automotive industry.
- Strong communication skills, preferred proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with HQ colleague.
