As a watch technician, you will be responsible for providing after-sales service through professional repair and maintenance of watches and clocks. Your role supports the retail division by ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service, thereby contributing to service revenue generation. You will handle technical assessments, documentations, and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.

What you will do

Technical repairs
Perform professional and technical repairs on watches and clocks.
Verify and monitor quality control checks during repair processes.
Consolidate technical issues arising in the course of repairs.
Follow up and manage technical documentation related to repairs and maintenance.

Service targets
Achieve the set service targets for repair efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Technical assessment
Provide technical estimates about the authenticity and reparability of watches.

Required skills to be successful

  • Technical expertise in watch and clock repair.
  • Ability to achieve targets and performance indicators consistently.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation and quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication and customer interaction skills.

What qualifies you for the role

  • Completion of 10th standard education.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a service technician role specifically within the watch service industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and MS Outlook.
  • Sound knowledge of industry practices and standards related to watch servicing.
