Help Homeowners Improve Their Water Quality

Atlantic Blue Water Services is growing and seeking a motivated Water Specialist to join our team.

You’ll meet with homeowners, test their water, and recommend treatment solutions that fit their needs. No water treatment experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and team support.

This position includes a base salary. The $70,000–$90,000 range represents expected total annual earnings, including base salary, commission, and bonuses. Actual earnings depend on sales performance.

What You’ll Do

· Conduct in-home water testing and evaluations.

· Explain water quality findings and treatment options clearly.

· Recommend solutions based on each homeowner’s needs.

· Prepare estimates, answer questions, and close sales.

· Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate sales records.

· Develop leads through referrals, networking, and company-provided opportunities.

· Manage appointments and follow-up activities independently.

· Deliver a professional, positive customer experience.

Qualifications

· Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills

· A self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented approach

· Ability to manage appointments and follow through with customers

· Comfort working independently and meeting homeowners in their homes

· Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed

· Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements

Preferred, but not required: Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, canvassing, or in-home services.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This field-based position requires local travel to residential customer homes. Essential duties require the ability to:

· Travel between appointments throughout the workday.

· Stand, walk, and remain active during customer visits.

· Lift and carry testing equipment and demonstration materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

· Use hands and arms to operate testing equipment and demonstrate products.

· Work in varying residential environments.
