We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain the global websites and digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in modern frontend and backend technologies, a passion for building premium, high-performance web experiences, and the ability to deliver multilingual, responsive, and accessible platforms at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and deploy a fully responsive, mobile-first, multi-page websites with premium UI/UX standards.

• Ensure the website is optimized for speed, SEO, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), and cross-browser compatibility.

Multilingual & Internationalization

• Architect and implement a robust multilingual system supporting 26+ languages, including RTL languages (Arabic, Urdu).

• Build a user-facing language switcher with instant full-site translation capabilities.

• Manage translation files, locale routing, and internationalized content delivery.

Frontend Engineering

• Write clean, modular, and maintainable code using React.js, Next.js, or equivalent modern frontend frameworks.

• Implement advanced CSS animations, scroll-triggered reveals, micro-interactions, and polished UI transitions.

• Build reusable component libraries with consistent design tokens (colors, typography, spacing).

• Ensure responsive layouts across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints with a mobile-first approach.

Backend & Integration

• Integrate using APIs for data flows, and user management.

• Build and maintain contact forms, registration forms, and inquiry submission systems.

• Implement CMS integration (headless CMS preferred) for content management by non-technical stakeholders.

• Set up analytics tracking, conversion funnels, and event monitoring (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).

Performance & DevOps

• Optimize website performance (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores 90+).

• Manage CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), staging, and production deployments.

• Implement security best practices, SSL, CSP headers, and data protection compliance.

• Monitor uptime, error logging, and performance metrics with proactive incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field.

• 5+ years of professional experience in web development with a strong portfolio of live projects.

• Expert proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

• Advanced experience with React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js and state management libraries.

• Strong experience with responsive design, CSS Grid, Flexbox, and mobile-first development.

• Proficiency in RESTful API integration, headless CMS platforms (Contentful, Strapi, Sanity, or similar).

• Experience implementing internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) in web applications.

• Solid understanding of SEO best practices, semantic HTML, structured data, and web accessibility standards.

• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment platforms (Vercel, Netlify, AWS, or similar).

• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with LMS platforms or EdTech products.

• Familiarity with Node.js, Express, or Python-based backend frameworks.

• Experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion, Lottie).

• Knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD) and ability to translate designs to pixel-perfect code.

• Experience building multilingual websites for global audiences across multiple regions.

• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing methodologies.

• Prior experience in education, non-profit, or social impact organizations.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or serverless architectures.
