The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for user interface details as well as the ability to write clean and efficient application code.
This candidate will be able to cut up an artist's design to build Flex applications and websites using Photoshop, Adobe Flex 3.X+, HTML/XHTML, ASP.NET and CSS.
Website samples and portfolio are required.

MUST HAVE PROVEN experience in web application development/design
At least 1-3 years experience of collaborative web development methodologies.
OND in Computer Science or related field, or any qualification in an ICT training.
Strong organizational and communication skills
knowledge of the community based web applications and trends .
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint is essential
Profiicency in the use of Adobe CS5 Photoshop, Flex/Flash Builder, Visual Studio 2010, SQL Server 2008 will be an added advantage.

MUST BE EXTREMELY GOOD IN GRAPHIC DESIGN AND ANIMATION
