RN Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities
- Coordinate nursing care and clinical services for residents and patients
- Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and standards of care
- Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and clinical oversight
- Promote positive communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff
- Respond quickly and effectively to resident and staff needs
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina required
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
