RN Weekend Supervisor Responsibilities

  • Coordinate nursing care and clinical services for residents and patients
  • Supervise and support nursing staff during weekend shifts
  • Ensure compliance with clinical policies and standards of care
  • Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and clinical oversight
  • Promote positive communication with residents, families, physicians, and staff
  • Respond quickly and effectively to resident and staff needs

Qualifications

  • Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina required
  • Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
  • Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
