Weekend Project Manager. The Project Manager reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for ensuring operations, projects, and staffing continue smoothly on weekend shift while serving as the primary point of contact for issues that arise.
What you will be responsible for\:
- Lead and oversee weekend operations to ensure project and production goals are achieved.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for weekend employees, leadership, and operational issues.
- Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement solutions to minimize disruptions.
- Coordinate staffing, resources, and priorities to meet customer and business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
- Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to weekday leadership teams.
- Support cross-functional collaboration between Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Human Resources.
- Track performance metrics and prepare summaries of weekend activities and results.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to weekend personnel.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased operational efficiency.
- All other duties as assigned.
