Highly skilled welder capable of completing complex structural welding assignments with minimal supervision. Serves as a technical resource for production teams.
Essential Duties
- Perform advanced structural welding in all qualified positions.
- Interpret complex blueprints and welding procedures.
- Troubleshoot welding defects and fabrication issues.
- Maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Mentor and train junior welders.
- Support quality inspections and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Advanced welding certifications preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of welding codes and procedures.
- Proven ability to perform difficult welds consistently.
Experience
- 5+ years of structural welding experience.
Hours
Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 4:30pm
Overtime may be required.
