✨ Wellness Therapist (Facial & Recovery)
Join a luxury wellness and recovery space serving professionals and high-value clients. This role is ideal for therapists who want to move beyond a basic salon environment into a premium, results-driven setting.
💼 Role Responsibilities
- Perform treatments with precision and consistency
- Deliver a luxury client experience with strong attention to detail
- Provide professional consultation and recommendations
- Confident in upselling and promoting packages
💰 Salary & Incentives
- Base Salary: $2,500 Onwards
- 💵 Hands-on Fee: $5 – $15 per treatment
- 💰 Sales Commission: 3% – 10% (for sales above $20K)
- ✅ Additional earnings for strong performers
🕒 Working Hours
- Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 8 off days per month

- Experience in facial / beauty / wellness treatments
- Good hands-on technique and product knowledge
- Comfortable serving premium / discerning clients
- Well-groomed, pleasant and presentable
- Fluent in spoken English
- Service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Singaporean / PR preferred
