Requirements
We’re looking for a strategic and data-driven professional who can optimize revenue operations, streamline sales and marketing processes, and drive business growth through effective systems, processes, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Design and implement Revenue Operations processes using HubSpot and related tools.
- Work across Sales, Marketing and Customer/Service Operations.
- Configure and optimize CRM pipelines, properties, lifecycle stages and processes.
- Build automation and workflows to improve lead management and sales operations.
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms and business systems.
- Work with APIs, data synchronization and CRM integrations.
- Analyze sales and marketing processes and identify operational gaps.
- Build dashboards and reports for revenue and business performance.
- Support lead routing, qualification, pipeline management and reporting.
- Handle CRM data cleanup, migration and process optimization.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable RevOps solutions.
- Stay updated with HubSpot features, automation, integrations and AI-enabled capabilities.
