Windows Developer - Workforce AI Security
Summary
The Windows Developer will build and maintain security features for workforce AI applications using C# and .NET, focusing on Windows services, network proxy infrastructure, and system-level security integrations.
- Collaborate with macOS, Backend, QA, Product Management and AI teams to ensure consistent behavior and protection across platforms
- Develop new features in .NET/C# and maintain existing Windows codebase
- Build Windows Services and user-mode agents with secure inter-process communication
- Contribute to the network proxy infrastructure for network traffic interception
- Leverage Windows system facilities to provide optimal security
- Integrate with IDEs and implement MCP protocol proxying
- Manage and orchestrate proxy services deployed at runtime
- Debug complex multi-process security software
- 5+ years system-level development experience
- 3+ years Windows development experience
- Ability to demonstrate proficiency with AI Driven Development
- Strong C# development skills
- Experience maintaining and refactoring existing Windows codebases
- Experience with installers, code signing, packaging, privileged operations, and enterprise deployment
- Understanding of networking technologies and programming
- Experience with Git, CI/CD
- Comfortable with cross-platform development
- Computer Science University degree or equivalent
Nice-to-Have
- Browser extension development, especially Chrome and Edge
- Knowledge of AI/LLM tools such as VS Code extensions and Claude Desktop
- Experience with Model Context Protocol, MCP
- Network traffic inspection or packet analysis background
- Windows Filtering Platform, ETW, Windows security APIs, or endpoint security development
- Python proficiency
