WM - Equities Product Manager / Product Owner

We are seeking a Product Owner to drive the delivery and transformation of Wealth Management digital capabilities across Retail Banking and Private Banking. The role will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance client experience and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
-Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wealth Management digital solutions.
-Manage and prioritize product backlog to achieve business objectives.
-Partner with business, technology, operations, and risk stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.
-Drive agile delivery from concept through implementation and post-launch optimization.
-Lead requirement gathering, UAT testing, change management, and stakeholder communications.
-Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
-Monitor market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes to ensure product competitiveness and compliance.
-Support the delivery of Taiwan Wealth transformation initiatives and future digital roadmap objectives.
