About the role :
We're hiring a WordPress Web Designer & Developer to run all our company websites: design, build, maintain and update them. Use of AI tools is welcome.
Responsibilities :
Design & build: new WordPress sites and landing pages that are mobile-friendly, fast and SEO-ready
Maintain: keep sites running, with no broken links or images; handle updates
Analytics: set up GA4, Tag Manager and Search Console; send a monthly traffic report
Newsletter: set up sign-ups and design and send newsletters
Content: update text, photos, events and promotions across all sites
Design-to-WordPress: turn our design team's AI-generated designs (v0 or Figma) into fully working WordPress sites that match the design
Requirements :
3+ years of WordPress design and development, with a portfolio of live sites
Strong design eye; confident with Elementor or block themes, plus HTML, CSS and basic PHP
Experience with GA4 and an email platform (Nuovomailer)
Detail-oriented, good written English, able to juggle several sites
Proven experience converting Figma and v0 (React/Tailwind) designs into WordPress themes or page-builder layouts
Work location : Batam
