Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Benefits & Recruiting Analyst with active Workday certification to support configuration, enhancements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization of Workday Benefits and Recruiting modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Workday Benefits and Recruiting modules

  • Manage benefit plans, eligibility rules, open enrollment, recruiting workflows, and security

  • Troubleshoot system issues and support enhancements, releases, testing, and production support

  • Develop reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and data audits

  • Support integrations, EIBs, and data validation activities

  • Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders

  • Active Workday Certification (Benefits, Recruiting, or related module)

  • 7+ years of Workday experience with strong Benefits and Recruiting expertise

  • Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and integrations

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

  • Experience supporting complex organizations is preferred
