Workday Reporting, Security & HRIS Analyst

Maintains and secures Workday HR systems, builds reports and dashboards, and configures access controls for HR, IT, Finance, and business teams.
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Reporting, Security & HRIS Analyst to support Workday reporting, security administration, Core HCM configuration, and platform enhancements. This role will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business teams to ensure secure, accurate, and efficient Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a Workday SME for Reporting, Security, and HRIS administration
Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, KPIs, and calculated fields
Configure security groups, domain security, role-based access, and business process security
Support Core HCM configuration, data governance, testing, and releases
Troubleshoot reporting, security, and configuration issues
Support Workday enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
Active Workday Certification required
7+ years of Workday experience with strong Reporting and Security expertise
Experience with Workday HCM, Business Processes, Calculated Fields, and Integrations
Experience supporting enterprise HRIS environments
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
