🚀 Senior Workday HCM Engineer | 100% Remote
We are looking for a Senior Workday HCM Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Workday integrations, configuration, and enterprise implementations.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of experience with Workday HCM
- Experience with at least one end-to-end Workday HCM implementation
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Integrations
- Expertise in EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
- Experience with Reports, Calculated Fields, Security, and Data Migrations
- Strong knowledge of XSLT
- Experience with ISU, ISSG, Integration Scheduling, Monitoring, and Troubleshooting
- Understanding of API and ERP integration concepts
- Strong skills in testing, debugging, implementation, and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multinational, cross-functional teams
- Team coordination/mentoring experience is a plus
