Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
We are seeking a skilled Workday Report Writer with a focus on Finance to
design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards within the Workday
Financials module. The role involves working closely with finance stakeholders
to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reporting solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop standard, custom, and
advanced reports in Workday Financials.
- Collaborate with finance teams (GL, AP, AR,
Procurement, etc.) to gather reporting requirements.
- Build dashboards and analytics to support
financial decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance
with organizational standards.
- Maintain and enhance existing reports, including
troubleshooting issues.
- Work with Workday tools such as Report Writer,
Calculated Fields, and Prism Analytics (if applicable).
- Support audits and compliance reporting
requirements.
- Optimize report performance and ensure efficient
data retrieval.
Requirements
- 3–7
years of experience in Workday reporting, preferably in Finance modules.
- Strong
knowledge of Workday Financials (GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts
Receivable, etc.).
- Hands-on
experience with:
- Workday
Report Writer (Advanced, Matrix, Composite reports)
- Calculated
Fields
- Workday
dashboards
- Understanding
of financial processes and reporting standards.
- Good
analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong
communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience
with Workday Prism Analytics or Adaptive Planning.
- Workday
certification in Reporting or Financials.
- Knowledge
of SQL or other reporting tools is a plus.
