A Workday Systems Analyst (remote, based in Jacksonville) who gathers business requirements, designs and configures Workday solutions across HCM, Payroll, and Financials, builds test plans, integrates Workday with other business apps, and provides ongoing support. Offered as an hourly contract role at $165–$170.27/hr.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement using Workday functionalities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Design, configure, and implement Workday solutions to meet business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Workday systems.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday systems with other business applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday technologies and industry best practices.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Workday Business System Analyst or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, or Financial Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Workday certification (e.g., Workday HCM Certified Consultant, Workday Financials Certified Consultant) is a plus.
