  • Perform manual integration checks between Blueprint and MBO

Training, Support & Compliance

  • Serve as a first point of contact for Area Manager questions and issues related to Blueprint

  • Own the Blueprint team inbox- triaging incoming requests, responding to routine inquiries, and routing complex issues appropriately

  • Support with the creation of release communications, training materials and best practices for internal users of Blueprint.

  • Support office hours sessions hosted by the team, helping prepare materials and facilitate Q&A

  • Build relationships with the AM team to understand scheduling pain points and surface feedback to the broader Workforce Planning team

  • Monitor and enforce brand standards, deadlines, and compliance requirements across all studio locations.

  • Track recurring questions and use them to inform SOP updates and training material improvements
