Working Student Strategy & Market Insights (m/f/d)

Summary

Part-time market research role analyzing eMobility trends, creating reports and presentations, and supporting strategic decisions for a startup within a larger company.

  • Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify relevant trends and strategic opportunities
  • Screen studies, reports, and market analyses and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Monitor and analyze market and business KPIs to support strategic decision-making
  • Support the development of a platform-based approach for organizing and sharing market intelligence
  • Create compelling PowerPoint presentations and prepare reports tailored to different stakeholder groups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and proactively contribute ideas to improve processes and ways of working
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in International Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • First experience in market research, strategy, consulting, the eMobility industry, or AI agent development is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, a high affinity for numbers, and an interest in market developments and business insights
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messages to different stakeholder groups
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to structure information and create compelling presentations
  • Strong Excel skills and confidence in working with data and KPIs
  • Fluent in German and English
